What is Epodia Epodia is a free, collaborative site where you post your own teaching materials for other instructors to use in their classrooms -- and where you'll find new materials ready for use in yours. Inspired by the open source movement in the software industry, Epodia is an academically independent, completely unaffiliated initiative. It is a "place" where instructors can exchange teaching materials and ideas. An online platform that allows instructors from schools and institutions worldwide to share their knowledge. It is this diverse community that fills Epodia with its classroom-tested, ready-to-download content that includes: • Case studies with accompanying teaching notes • Working papers • Spreadsheets • Slide presentations • Syllabi • Articles • Exercises • Problem sets • Tools • Finals exams, and much more However, Epodia is more than just a free content depot. It is designed to facilitate collaboration and interaction. Epodia users can share teaching tips, review posted material, provide feedback, and communicate with the authors and suggest improvements. To browse some of Epodia's content click here. Special Note for First Time Users: The material in Epodia is designed for the "teacher's eyes only" and therefore pre-qualification is needed in order to benefit from the full breadth of Epodia's content. Only when you become a registered member can you login and access teaching notes as well as a variety of other confidential options reserved for faculty only. Students are not granted such access. To qualify for membership, during your first visit, you'll be asked for your academic background and affiliation. Shortly after verification of the information you'll receive an e-mail welcoming you as a qualified Epodia member. Related topics: How does Epodia compare to other sources?
